Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has unveiled its latest smartphone series in China. The latest smartphone lineup includes Oppo Reno 9, Oppo Reno 9 Pro and Oppo Reno 9 Pro+. The devices feature 6.7-inch curved OLED displays with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The new smartphones bear a striking resemblance to the Oppo Reno 8 series that was launched earlier this year.
The devices are 5G-enabled and come with up to 512GB of onboard storage. The standard Oppo Reno 9 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max SoC. On the other hand, the Oppo Reno 9 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 778G SoC chipset. The flagship Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
While the Oppo Reno 9 Pro + and Oppo Reno Pro have 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, the Oppo Reno 9 is offered in configurations of 8GB RAM + 256GB, 12GB of RAM + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB.
The Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ comes in three shades: Bihai Qing, Bright Moon Black and Tomorrow Gold. The 16GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of the Oppo Reno 9 Pro+ starts at CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 45,700), while the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at CNY 4,399 (around 50,300 rupees). The Oppo Reno Pro is priced at CNY 3,499 (roughly Rs. 40,000) and CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 43,600) respectively. The base variant of Oppo Reno 9 starts at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 28,500), while the top-of-the-line model is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 34,000). The series will be available for pre-order and will go on sale in China from December 2nd. The Oppo Reno Pro+ features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a triple rear camera module with 50MP primary camera, 8MP macro sensor and another 2MP sensor. The device packs a 4700mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The Oppo Reno 9 Pro shares similar specs to the 9 Pro+, but packs a 4500mAh battery and 67W SuperVooc fast charging.
