Relive Liam Dawson’s heroics in vain as Pakistan beat England by three runs in a classic match

Welcome to the Telegraph’s live coverage of the fourth and penultimate T20 international between Pakistan and England. The tourists led 2-1 after hammering Pakistan by 63 runs on Friday, a match that included a spectacular 35-ball 81 from Harry Brook.

We’ve already had close to 1100 runs in the series, and this is likely to be another six-hit fest. The most important thing for England is to refine their XI ahead of the World Cup, but they would love a series win to regain some of the confidence they lost during the English summer. A win tonight would put them up 3-1 with three to play.

Olly Stone is rumored to make his T20I debut, presumably in place of Mark Wood, who is being carefully managed like the precious gem that he is. The same goes for captain Jos Buttler, who is yet to play in this series due to a calf injury.

We will have all the news from the team, and the draw, at 3pm.
