He launched lifestyle brand Wylde Moon last year.
And Holly Willoughby added a cheeky guide to the website last week as she detailed the five “most common sexual problems” in a new article.
The intimate move adds fuel to ongoing comparisons the presenter has drawn to Gwyneth Paltrow, who owns a similar lifestyle brand called Goop.
Holly Willoughby has launched a sex advice guide on her lifestyle website… as comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s famous Goop brand continue
Holly wrote an article for the site on November 10, in which a sex healing coach named Amy White detailed the biggest issues women face sexually.
The adult-only article referred to low sexual desire, struggle to climax, lack of energy, difficulty communicating sexual desire, and pain during intimate moments.
White’s tips include spending intimate time together by taking a bath with your partner.
She also suggests that those who feel shy about vocalizing their needs should express their bedroom tastes in a voice note or leave a posted note for their partner.
Those who struggle to reach orgasm are advised to try the “pleasure not pressure” technique, for which White advises, “The number one rule is to move away from the goal of orgasm. The pressure is a great killer of passion, take your focus off an ‘end goal’ and try to focus simply on pleasure.”
The guide is remarkably similar in theme to many articles seen on Gwyneth Goop’s website, which advertises sex toys and includes articles on self-pleasure, sexual health and more.

Holly has described Wlyde Moon as “an ever-evolving journey of self-discovery” and features articles on lifestyle, beauty, astrology and more.
Although the brand also sells candles, home diffuser fragrances and perfumes in its boutique section.
Both Wylde moon and Goop feature extensive pieces on crystal healing, solidifying the respective brands’ similarities, with Gwyneth launching her brand in 2008.

Holly has previously shared that she “admires” Gwyneth for starting her company, as the pair remain good friends.
And they don’t mind showing the comparison talk, the presenter’s website even includes an interview with the Hollywood actress as part of Holly’s Light of The Moon podcast.
The pair talked about “women supporting each other” on the podcast, with Holly describing it as a chat about “fame, motherhood, processing grief, the road to wellness, and all things GOOP and the true value of women supporting women.”
